1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, please follow one of the methods below:

a. Using the App

1. Open the OneSound App.
2. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account.
3. Confirm your request. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

b. Contacting Support

If you are unable to delete your account within the app, you can submit a request by emailing us at: webadmin@onesoundrevivaltv.co.uk

Please use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request – OneSound App” and provide the email address associated with your account.

2. What Happens After Deletion?

• Your account and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of your request.
• Some information may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons, as required by law.
• After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account.
