• I pledge to share my knowledge and skills by generously sharing my expertise and experience with those in need, whether through technical training, life skills workshops, or one-on-one mentorship.

• I pledge to promote self-reliance by fostering independence and guiding beneficiaries towards building their own paths to success rather than simply providing handouts.

• I pledge to treat every individual with dignity and respect by recognizing inherent human worth and respecting the unique experiences and contributions of each individual we encounter.

• I pledge to embrace diversity and inclusion by creating welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

• I pledge to advocate for social justice by recognizing systemic factors that contribute to poverty and commit to using my voice to speak up for equitable opportunities and fair treatment for all.

• I pledge to work in partnership with the community in building genuine relationships with the communities we serve, listening to their needs and working collaboratively to develop solutions.

• I pledge to be patient and understanding, to offer patient support, encouragement, celebrating small victories along the way.

• I pledge to embrace continuous learning and self-reflection, striving to continually improve my skills and effectiveness as a volunteer.
